Consent to personal data processing

Acting freely and in my own interest, I consent to ООО «БЛЦ» (BLC LLC), INN 1658257832, OGRN 1261600023475, processing the name, phone number, email address and message I provide to review my enquiry, contact me, clarify my requirements and prepare a proposal. The form language, submission time and technical record identifier are also processed to record the enquiry and consent.

Consent covers collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, restriction, erasure and destruction by automated and non-automated means. It does not authorise advertising mailings or publication of my personal data.

Consent remains effective until my enquiry and related discussions have concluded or I withdraw it. I may withdraw consent by emailing info@hayrat.digital with the subject 'Withdrawal of consent'. Once the processing basis ceases, data are erased within 30 days unless another lawful basis or statutory period applies.

I provide consent using a separate checkbox that is unchecked by default and by submitting the form. I may decline consent and refrain from submitting. The privacy policy explains my rights, safeguards and the separate processing of technical data by Yandex SmartCaptcha.
